About Us

We're Boyd and Pat Bell and we'd like to give you a warm welcome to our lives, our home, our farm and our llamas.

We've lived in the most beautiful place in the entire world - the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia for only the past 5 years. Before that we both lived in Saskatchewan - yes we were both born and raised on the prairies of Western Canada.

It was following our 25th Wedding Anniversary that we decided to move to BC. Well actually we decided we didn't want to leave each other but we needed to do something to make our lives more exciting, so.....we sold everything - had 3 auctions in Saskatoon and moved lock, stock and llamas to BC.

At the time, we owned 17 llamas and we transported them across 3 provinces to Saturna Island - the most southern Gulf Island. Not bad for 2 flat footer prairie types!

We both have professional jobs, but since we moved to BC, Boyd is a full time llama farmer and Pat continues to work off the farm.

We're active in the community and enjoy our private times as well as llamas. We've explored most of the mountains and forest around us - hanging out on weekends on the forestry service roads and taking back roads whenever we can. Did you know you can buy a backcountry book of maps and go off road anywhere in these parts? It really helps on a long weekend when the "tourists arrive in this beautiful valley.

WE have made numerous wonderful friendships in the llama community. We do this by travelling throughout the western provinces to llama shows and sales. Now that the border is open, we hope to expand our focus and spend time with our southerner neighbours at shows and sales. Watch for our trip experience to Missouri in September.

WE are grateful to have been gifted to care for these wonderful creatures. Llamas can change your life - it certainly has ours. We love our critters. WE enjoy them everyday and we work with them to learn more about ourselves and about them.

Thank God for llamas! We've learned more about ourselves and how to interact in the world through these awesome animals. We hope you enjoy our website - it will give you a brief glimpse of our lives.

Our Name

We chose the name Integrity for our farm because it is something that means a lot to us. Integrity plays a key role in our business, it affects every aspect of who we are and what we do. It is the principle on which we base our actions, relationships and goals.
